The organization was created in order to improve the skills of each member, so that they will become a competitive one in their chosen field.
Vision:
The organization promotes individual to interact with the others who support their needs in order to accomplish their goals.
Mission:
The organization aims to develop the human relationship skills of every member.
Objectives:
- To create a productive individual not only for their own benefit, but also for the whole organization.
- To develop different skills of an individual for them to be prepared in coping different situations in the work.
- To fully developed them to act as a person possessing a positive attitude towards their work.
The organization was composed of Bachelor of Science in Office Administration Major in Computer Education, 3-A. Each of us has an assumption that all of us were managers. The activity called "Project Paranoia" gave us different situations that made us show our personality during working with our co-managers. We are evaluated by the members sitting at the outer circle. This activity gave us some realizations about our individual differences in terms of working with the other people. It also help us to boost our self confidence when we are exposed to different concepts of the activity.
Organizational Behavior and Leadership:
There is the one who stands as the leader of the organization, and he is the one who impose the rules and directions regarding the activity. The members will follow what the leader planned them to do, but not just following him but also they follow him while learning different skills during the process of the activity. Each members were observed that they giving their best in doing their jobs within the organization.
